Good location, quiet & peaceful. Quite comfortable would benefit from a better armchair in lounge, bed very comfortable, good shower.

A brilliant little cottage and very convenient for the centre of Peebles. A great self-catering alternative to a hotel room, that was great for my short stay, but would also have been really good for a longer stay too.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Key collection was easy and communication from the host was informative and timely. I also appreciated herbal tea being offered alongside the usual caffeinated stuff!
