Beautiful walk round the grounds, the daffodils were in bloom. Staff were so helpful and made my birthday stay feel very special. The chef was exceptional and my venison course out of the 5 course tasting menu was really exceptional. The smoked fish at breakfast was so beautifully presented. Breakfast was just perfect too- loose early grey tea just the way I like it, nice porridge!

The overall ambience was excellent. Staff were professional, very efficient and welcoming. Good variety of bar and lounge areas and well kept grounds.
