Very cosy flat with everything you could possibly need for a week long stay. We felt very much at home and can highly recommend.

Lovely flat - plenty of space, very private. Hosts leave you in peace. Main bedroom nice and big. Second bedroom with two single beds Cosy and warm Good wifi Nice size table to work at with a good light for working. Flexible, helpful hosts. Everything you could want for short or long term stay. 2 minute walk from a well stocked small premier corner shop. 10 mins walk from a larger Tesco store. 15-20 min east walk into Peebles centre. Recommended.

Lovely quiet location in Peebles whilst only being a 5-10 minute walk from the town centre facilities. Mountain bike trails and walks on the doorstep plus nearby at Glentress and Innerleithen trail centres. Access to a patio and garden around the back (useful for washing the mountain bikes and hanging out the washing) plus a useful lockable plastic bike storage shed. Well equipped, clean and cosy 2 bed cottage with a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher included. Lovely comfy double bed, had the best nights sleep. Nice hot shower over the bathtub.
