I chose this apartment knowingly because I've stayed here before. As for the appliances, everything is really in order. Everything is new and clean. The location is very good. The apartment has two bedrooms, is functional and comfortable to live in. The price includes—most importantly—a garage.

The apartment itself was clean and nicely presented, much like the rest of the units in the building from what I could see in the photos. It’s close to the centre, set in a quiet street with a pleasant view — all very convenient.
