The receptionist (I think her name is Katrin - I hope I got it right) is excellent. She attended to us with a genuine smile. She was totally apologetic when we explained that the heating in our room was not in order. She even gave us complimentary bottles of wine for our troubles, even though that was totally unnecessary. Also other staff were equally helpful. There was heavy snow during our departure, but the staff was quick enough to help plough out the snow from the parking lot so that we can leave. Kudos to such good-natured and genuine staff. And the hotel location is perfect, so near the ski hills.

Everything was excellent! The breakfast was very varied and delicious. The biggest highlight, however, was the service. Mr. Patrick was extremely helpful and kind, and he gladly assisted my parents whenever they needed support.

The manager is very friendly and helped us a lot. Location is also nice, just couple minutes walk to all the restaurants and bars.
