I spent five days in Pavia, staying in a cozy studio apartment I rented through Booking.com. Pavia itself is a charming and historically rich city, once the ancient capital of the Lombard kingdom and the seat of the Visconti court during the time of Gian Galeazzo II and his son, also Gian Galeazzo, 1st Duke of Milan. The city boasts remarkable historical heritage, including the magnificent Visconti Castle and numerous ancient churches constructed in characteristic red Lombard brick. The apartment was very convenient and well-equipped with everything needed for both short and long stays. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hostess, Anna, was incredibly nice and kind. We talked a little with her during our stay, and she was always ready to help with any questions or needs we had, which added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Pavia for either a short or long stay. Thank you, Anna, for being such a gracious hostess!

I was met on arrival and it was super easy to check in. The apartment is beautiful and was the perfect space for my stay in Pavia! Not hard to find at all and the host was very communicative.
