The hotel is set in a beautiful valley and the sound of the river resonates through out the property. There are a lot of activities to do on the property. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are clean. The hotel has an old school vibe. Classic and vintage. The waiters at the restaurant were excellent.

There’s plenty to do, and the spacious layout of the resort gives you room to breathe — it never feels crowded, even with other guests around. It’s a fantastic place to relax and truly unwind, especially thanks to the natural spring pools, which are an absolute must-visit (though it’s a pity you can’t enjoy views of them or the beautiful river from the hotel itself). The staff deserve a special mention — they genuinely go out of their way to make your stay feel memorable. Huge thanks to Chef Owen for his incredible cooking skills and delicious food. Every meal was a treat!

The rooms were comfortable & suited our needs. Hot spring pools were great. Staff were great. (Special mention to Raymond) Access to the wellness centre.
