Maktub Cottage was perfect for us 2 friends to stay as a base while exploring around Madeira and also enjoyijg Paul do Mar. The kitchen set-up was well equipped and the views of the sea out the window were fab! The owner Fabio was great, and super quick to reply if we had a query.. we ended up staying extra. Definitley a great place and the restaurant is also really nice!

You can hear the sea! The accomodation lays in the right place and has all the facilities to cook, wash, eat and chill. The basics, like the shower and the bed, were more than just fine 👌🏼 The bed feels soft and the shower runs fast. So nice. For short, a very happy place to stay!😄
