The bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard. Plenty of quality towels. Location to the City of Pau was excellent. We had to pay for parking but it seemed a secure location. I would recommend booking as it is challenging to find parking near Hotel and there are only a few spaces in the car park. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Location and breakfast was amazing. For a 3 star hotel the buffet in morning was better then few hotels I stayed in past.

It was late at night when I checked in. I had mixed up the dates, but the staff was very accommodating and gave me a vacant room, thank you for that. The room is very comfortable.
