The counter staff as well as the old madam who manages the cafeteria are excellent. The kitchen and the premises they keep it spotless clean. I enjoyed the breakfast prepared by her. The linen gets changed everyday and it's a good thing. The location superb. This is my 8th stay in Ambience over the years. There is something which pulls me back to them. Lot of amenities in the room

Everything from the location,price,rooms,beds very comfy and great tv ..Cleaning staff each day were fantastic,excellent service. Reception was 24 hours and manned by the most amazing people,couldn’t do enough to help,from organising airport taxis to laundry and early and late check outs..10/10

Nice hotel. Clean and the staff were lovely. Close to beach and walking street. Little bar/restaurant attached. Would stay again as although in a gay area we were never bothered and the hotel was good.

Excellent reception staff,can’t do enough for you.Will organise anything you want ie airport taxi,day tour etc. Large rooms,comfortable beds,tea coffee water daily.Lovely showers and large drying towels.Very good tv and channels. Excellent location and very very reasonable price.
