Everything.. It's close to Soi Buakhao, I like the vibes here. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Great Bathroom. Affordable price. Cleaning also very good. It's a guesthouse so don't expect Hotel facilities. I'll book again this place.

I just liked my room, all good with balcony overlooking the street. It made my stay in Pattaya happy.. Good value for money quality ratio. I hope to be back.
