High 5 bar is near the centre of all the action in Pattaya, Soi Chaiyapoon is one of the liveliest in the local area with Soi Buakow at the end of the street and Soi LK Metro (which is now basically the new, unofficial Walking Street) just around the corner. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and major shopping centres. Good value for money, friendly staff, cheap drinks during the day until 8:00pm, pool table (free). I have a balcony room which can get noisy but can smoke on the balcony.

Whilst there were a few minor issues, when I pointed these out to the management they were sorted out straight away.
