Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to impeccable service by the friendly and attentive staff. Our room was spotlessly clean with breathtaking ocean views that took our breath away each morning. The amenities were outstanding - the pool was refreshing, the restaurant served delicious authentic Thai cuisine for breakfast. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to both beautiful beaches and vibrant nightlife. What truly made this stay special was the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel experience. We couldn't have asked for anything more perfect!

We opted for the 19th floor executive level…as we wanted a quieter experience and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were exceptional in their ‘caring’ ethos, attentiveness, friendliness but never intrusive. All the staff we encountered are clearly well trained in their jobs and maintained their high standards over the three nights we stayed. The facility we used was mainly the main swimming pool…but you could see how much families enjoyed the other amenities.

As we are Indian vegetarians the spread was not very suitable for us. Generally there was wide variety for others .
