The apartment is in a great location and I would stay there again. It is close to the walking street and has a beautiful sea view. When I sent messages to the management for help, they always responded promptly. The apartment is next to the forest park, the air is fresh, and it is a good place if you like morning jogging.

I had a really pleasant stay at the Unixx Condo in Pattaya South, and I owe that mainly to the amazing host! The location is convenient, not far from the Walking Street and Bali Hai Pier, and the accommodation offers everything necessary: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and more. My apartment had a balcony and a small kitchen – perfect for my needs. The gym and pool area were absolutely fantastic, featuring two pools to enjoy – a real highlight! The host was simply outstanding – reliable, honest, and incredibly helpful! The entire communication was seamless, from booking to departure, and he responded to all my questions with great kindness and dedication. You can tell he’s truly committed to his guests. Thanks to him, my stay became something special. I’d definitely book again – especially because of this fantastic host!
