Location is near the Center. The pool is great for swimming. The equipment in the condo is good.

Very nicely appointed room, with a nice view. Very nice swimming pool Guest can take a shortcut to Dongtan Beach Don't need to go far to catch a Bath-bus. The bus station to Suvarnabhumi airport is a short walk

Very good communication with owner before and during my stay. The room was very well equipped, I found everything I needed. The fotos give a realistic picture of the room. The water bed was an interesting experience. The Mitsubishi air condition was very silent. I liked the atmosphere in the building – not so many tourists more longterm retirees, quite relaxed and quiete, no parties. The loacation is really great because you have Baht Bus route in front of condo and Rompho Market and Jomtien Night Market in 10-15 minutes walking distance. I also liked the private road and gate to the beach road. The pool restaurant I used 3 times during Songkran – good option. This room offers are very good value for price. If you are thinking about staying longterm in a condo then I recommend this room to get a good feeling for it. High speed internet (provider ToT) with 500 MB/s.
