Super near to Jomtien Bus Station at 7 min-walk distance, Warm welcome by professional owner and friendly staffs, Generousity from owner for perfume gift and free bottle of drinking water - daily provided, Clean Room with big space balcony kitchenware dijing table and all necesscities you need, Authentic german resturant (Jürgen) other thai+pizza+international+mini bars Food mart ( bakery & convenient store till midjight) Pharmacy Dongtan beach could be found at walk distace from View Talay 1 condominium, Cool Swimming Pool area where gives you vacation vibe with nice space for sun bathing, Proximity to everywhere to Pattya and Jomtinen via mini two-rolled bus, Very safe around there, Worth value of money ...and Most Important Thing is that you feel more like living with other international neighbors instead :D rather than feel pressured from staying among crowded bars and red light areas which could ruin your relaxing long-stay vacation purpose. :/ Of course, I will choose to stay here again if i could get any chance to make vacation in Jomtien in future. ^^
