Property is spotlessly clean, owned by a business that has 10 condos in the block. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive, was able to extend my stay without any issues at all - that’s a testament to the condo too. Swimming pool, sauna, pool table gym and a very good location slightly outside the noise but close enough to absolutely everything. Even has a router for the internet which I could use an Ethernet cable for to take some zoom calls

The condo has the perfect size and layout for 1 or 2 people. I particularly liked the seperation of the bedroom from the living/kitchen area. Good bathroom and comfortable bed.I used the well stocked gym nearly every day and the location was just outside the built up area so perfect for getting around I have a car so getting to various places like Jomtien or markets & supermarkets was a short drive. I could walk to good eating locations. Plenty of motorcycle taxis nearby as well. Overall a good place to stay

The host is very easy to contact by email and very helpful - we did not meat in person but met a member of her team on arrival and departure. We booked for 6 weeks and 2 days after arriving we extended to 10 weeks. We have been to thailand many times so that is the best recommendation I need to give. We did not cook but it had everything needed for simple cooking but local restaurants were plentiful and cheap. It has a full size pool table - tournement sized, a very good gym and table tennis. The swimming pool has a small bar and restaurant attached to it which was pretty good for a condominium. Overall the whole building was clean, well looked after and spacious. Water and electric combined was only 300 baht per week for the two of us and that included running air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom.
