Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the concierge to reception staff to pool bar and breakfast staff, and our room cleaner where all so welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful, room was large and clean, bed was so comfy, our only wish was to stay longer

This is my 2nd time staying here at this location., so that says something.I used the swimming pool a lot and it was perfect. The view from the rooftop is something else. See the whole of Pattaya bay from up there.I had breakfast included in my package, so I looked forward to that every morning. It was an English breakfast, so that was wholesome and set me up for the day. I also had dinner there that evening. Perfect. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel desk staff made my stay very enjoyable.The hotel is quite and peaceful at night. Location is perfect...just 10minutes from the beach and only 5 minutes from 7-Eleven. What else does one need. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
