You can't say breakfast its its is only you can start your day with. the location is very good for me it is not far from the main street and from the walking street. You are traveling so you need to move yourself a little bit :)

Location very good. Walking distance to walking street. Staff ok. Cleanliness was good nice and clean. Aircon was not working well, was still throwing a little bit cold air but not at full throttle. Which means it took a lot of time to cool the room. Bed quality is not good, particularly the mattress. Not soft l, not comfortable, a bit hard. However, other things provide good value for the money except beds.

To much noise outside my room door Indian nationals 2 o'clock in the morning the past 3 years I have been to Pattaya city every hotel that the Indian nationals are in get complaints about their behaviour noise spitting throwing rubbish on the floors
