keys at desk with staff, staff onsite 8am to 6pm but i am sure they would make an arrangement if arriving early or late. i ended up getting my leaving times wrong and had to leave 10pm instead of the next day that i thought, luckily i had already paid up electricity bill and no complaint from staff as i cleaned the apartment quite well before leaving

Stayed here before. Only issue I had was with fridge not working. Was fixed quickly. Everything else is good. Great staff
