Staff were attentive and friendly, the room was clean and spacious with great views. Lovely pools spread across the compound. This included the fitz club pool that had the bigger water slides which I'm not sure people realised.

From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and maintained a friendly, helpful attitude throughout our stay. It truly made us feel welcome and comfortable. Staying here was a pleasure, and we will definitely be coming back! Special thank you to the housekeeping staff for preparing the room as the anniversary surprise (pic attached) and to Ava Natchanon for showing us the suite that we are going to stay in next time with our family.

Spacious, clean resort with great pools. The best pool, with the swim up bar is at Royal Beach Hotel which is walkable. The Royal Cliff Hotel room with balcony sea view was very nice. Cleaning staff were good and friendly. Indian restaurant food very good.
