Hotel Zing in Pattaya has an appealing look and a very central location. It's on a main road, which causes traffic noise during the day, but it's much quieter at night. The public transportation (songthaews) stops right outside the door., cost you just 10-20 baht Daily cleaning and the presence of a mini-fridge and water bottles are pluses. Unfortunately, there were also downsides. The beds were extremely hard, and the reception upon arrival was very disappointing. There was no "hello" or "welcome," and the check-in was very business-like and unfriendly. Booking requests made via Booking.com were ignored. The room wasn't completely clean everywhere, especially in hard-to-reach spots, which triggered allergic reactions. Fortunately, the manager addressed this immediately and positively after we reported it. The bathroom could also use an update, specifically the shower stream, which was inconsistently hot or cold. All in all, the location is good, but the service and maintenance leave something to be desired, which is a pity.

Very friendly and helpful staff, also the cleaners and bar staff were very kind. Rooms are clean, there is everything you need and the price/quality level is very high. Always going back to this hotel.

Great location just outside main Pattaya beach area but easy to get too. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. 2 great swimming pools available. Accommodation lovely and good WiFi system.
