The beach is at the bottom of the road, just a few minute walk away. They is a seven eleven next door. The Residency has a good pool and a nice restaurant for any mid day lunch. The place was spotless when we arrived with cleaners coming in during the week.

If you're looking for a more private apartment type place to stay this is it, without the tourist noise and constant activity of a typical hotel in Pattaya, yet is has the benefits of an onsite restaurant/bar (managed by the wonderful May), lovely pool, security, room cleaning every few days and its close to everything via a short walk (incl to beach) or Bolt taxi. The property manager, Jurgen, was a delight to deal with and very helpful, he even gave me an apartment upgrade because the guest in the room I had booked wanted to extend their stay. The apartment he gave me was amazing.
