From the moment I arrived at the hotel everything was perfect. Check in was prompt, met with a welcome drink and towel always appreciated. I booked the Sea View Pool Villa and was not disappointed. As soon as check in was complete there was a buggy ready to take me to the room. The view from the room was outstanding, day and night. Even on the one day which rained the pool was sheltered so could swim with no problems. Everything about the room was perfect. Bed was huge and comfortable, shower was instantly warm, big fridge and freezer which I've never had in a hotel before. The minibar and snacks were replenished daily free of charge, so no unexpected bill at checkout. Fresh fruit provided daily which was also a nice touch. Room was cleaned every day and always looked spotless when I arrived back in the evening. As soon as you were ready to leave the room you simply called reception and a buggy arrived soon after to take you to the lobby or down to Nanai Rd. Same as when you arrived back to the hotel, a buggy was provided from security or reception to take you to the room. This service is an exceptional offering as the walk to the room would have been a struggle, even for the most athletic people. I didn't use any of the facilities at the hotel as the room was so nice you didn't want to leave it. All of the staff I met at the hotel were always polite and always smiling. I will definitely stay here again if I was to come back to Patong.

The design of the pool villa is so very nice with overlooking view over Patong. The room is clean and the staff is very friendly. The cloximity to Patong towns and beach makes it a strategic location. Highly recommended.
