The location is excellent, it is quiet while being so close to everything you need in Patong. The facilities are great, the rooftop pool is awesome with great views and setup.

The morning I used the pool it was a bit grubby including dead insects floating in it. Some of the gym equipment was broken. The water form the rainhead shower was almost just a trickle, tiles on the shower floor had chips in them and were spongy (water damage), and the shower tap was not connected properly (loosely hanging), and bathmats and handtowels were old and fraid (and barely passed as white).
