So we booked a family connecting room and called up prior to confirm. Unfortunately when we arrived the air con had broken in that room - can't be helped. They gave us separate rooms but threw in an extra rollaway bed and breakfast for the 5 days Resolved to everyone's satisfaction. Staff were so lovely and hotel in a great location
