Great location only a short walk from Bangla Road. Lovely spacious room with a nice shower and Aircon. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Patong

Room was clean and though the streets are running and lively all night still the room is very quite and comfortable and no disturbance of noise. Water is given on timelymanner without informing.

OK. So this is a budget hotel to the Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa. Which means you can go over and use their facilities, which are excellent. You can have buffet breakfasts (340 baht), use the pool, gym, bars, rooftop bar & restaurant. I was in a top floor room and without a lift, there were 61 steps, which was fine. The location is excellent and not far from Bangla road and the nightlife of Patong. I enjoyed the hotel & location that much, I tried to extend my time here but it was unsurprisingly fully booked 😢 Totally recommended and I would stay here again 👍
