Facilities: Pool was surprisingly big and deep (up to 1.8m) with a separate children section. Room: water pressure was good, toilets have enough space and good flooring for dealing with sand, bed firm, pillows fluffy. Location: Quieter north end of the stretch, close to beach and walkable to anywhere in Patong, 15 mins walk to Bangla st. Nice driveway, easy for cab to drop off.

Loved the location, and the garden view. The pool surrounded by tropical plants is a really nice place to relax. Breakfast and food excellent with a wide choice.
