The apartment was more then spacious enough with a fully equipped kitchen and self catering was a pleasure - particularly for breakfasts. A large screen TV, comfortable bed and good shower were also great. I liked the location which was tucked down a quiet local street. It's literally a 2 minute walk to the main road and another few minutes walk to Bangla Road and the shopping mall. A water cooler made access to water a pleasure and this was much appreciated. A comfortable kitchen table which doubled as a work space and two reclining chairs made this space comfortable and pleasant to be in - particularly when it rained (which it did, heavily at times)

We had a room with a small kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen had a hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker , toaster, etc . We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is a short walk from shops, bars , and restaurants, and there is even a show held outside the nightclub around the corner. It's about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach . The bed was very comfy, the shower was hot , and it had the biggest tv we have seen in a hotel. The tv has satellite channels.

The place was a little difficult to find as it is tucked away down a side street near a few of the main strips. We found it eventually and were greeted by the host who was very accommodating. Room was clean and neatly presented with aircon, kitchen, seats, good bed etc. It's very close to all of the essentials in Patong - 7/11, beach, Bangla road, Muay Thai stadium are all in walking distance. Room service each day was nice and always provided fresh towels and a brief clean of any rubbish. Considering the reasonable pricing, location, nice staff and cleanliness - I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Patong.
