5 minutes by walk to BanglaRoad and very near to a lot of shops, restaurants, massages centres and so on. Enough clean and quiet.

Very close to Phuket Smart Bus stop and Patong beach/ Bangla/ Jungceylon. Cleaning lady was super helpful!

If you don't expect great comfort, I think it's a good value for money. The bed was large and the air conditioning worked well. Price/performance ratio ist moderate.

I was staying for over a month, great value for money, 10 minutes to the beach, good wifi, nice view, located on the main street, but a little in the alley so it is very quite. Near the apartment there are 7 elevens, mall, good spas etc. Stuff is very friendly.
