The hotel dont have lift but i dont mind cause its not so high floor (3rd floor) they do provide water, hairdryer, mini fridge, shampoo/body soap. And yes bidet, perfect😂😂Staff was super super friendly, everyday the staff will leave water bottle outside the door, ensure we have enough water to drink hihi, of course i have a comfortable stay, sleep like a baby🤣 and the location to the patong beach (walking) around 10 minutes, nearby also have foot massage, 7 eleven super convenient, local food too.

Clean and quiet, with a nice view from the window, but disappointing that the only drinking water available was from half-litre (or 600ml) bottles, there was nowhere I could refill my own bottle. Little drinks fridge in the room was a nice bonus.
