Excellent location right near the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Hotel has a generator so when the rest of Patong loses power you are not inconvenienced. This was good as power went out in surrounding area twice in the week we were there. Excellent air con. Lovely big bathrooms with great water pressure. Comfy clean beds and pillows. The pool area is fantastic. Very clean and 360 views over Patong. The staff are amazing. We had them helping us at all hours of the night, never a problem. Cleaning staff are wonderful. Onsite massages are sooo good. The hotel breakfast buffet had a big range to suit almost any preference. Food available all day till 10pm at pool or restaurant. Bar at pool. Omg it had everything. But my overwhelming fave, the excellent air con. So quiet, and so quick to get down to the temp you set. Lifts and stairs available. Really good clean hotel.

The location is perfect whether you are there to party or relax on the beach. For how close it was to the main walking streets, you could not hear a thing from our room. The rooftop pool was perfect no matter the weather and the cocktails are tasty. Breakfast is awesome - lots of variety. The staff are amazing as well, so kind and always wanting to help.

The staff are wonderful and very attentive and looked after us exceptionally well. It was my 3rd trip back to this hotel within the past 14 months - and the standard of service has always been exceptional and the staff very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
