Great location. Quiet in the night. But not far from Patong center (bangla road). Room was very big, a lot of space. Two big beds, perfect. It's located next to a breakfast restaurant.

Property was ok to fair to them considering the price paid. Very small though and would have been useful if the was a small place to leave the clothes as opposed to them being in the suitcase the whole time. Room and shower/toilet is very basic and quite small. On the other hand also have to weigh that up with the price paid so maybe on reflection that should be expected. Location is great though and staff are nice.

The receptionist named Nan is the best receptionist I have ever met. Very friendly and kind to serve us. 2 times change room due to technical problems. But it doesn't give us a problem due to Nan settling it well.👍👍👍👍👍 Outside the hotel u can hang over with ur friend without disturb other.

Good location, few minutes walk from Patong beach. Coffee place at the ground floor with good wifi in case you need to work. It's definitely a budget small room,but does everything as advertised.
