My daughter was extremely sick and they were very very accommodating. I will definitely visit this place again. All facilities were excellent

Welcoming and smiling lady at the reception, she was very nice and helpful, happy hour bartender was also efficient. Room wasn’t too noisy at night and I also liked that the air conditioner goes into low power mode when the room gets cold and gradually ramps up if it warms up. Makes it a lot more silent than other hotels I have been and more energy efficient. Check in check out process fast and efficient. One of the best locations in patong if you want to be at the heart of everything.
