The stuff was very friendly and kind and very helpful - they listened well and served us with a smile regardless of our skin ( black ) I liked that there was free transport to the Patong beach every day - the gym was very clean and everything is convenient

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the essentials provided. A very nice and relaxing infinity pool, nice view and my daughters love it :-) Breakfast was a highlight – plenty of delicious options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot meals. Everything was well-prepared and regularly replenished. A great way to start the day! On behalf of my family, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ed, the Resort Manager, for the warm hospitality, to Joan for taking great care of us during breakfast, and to Bam for consistently keeping our room clean and comfortable. Your excellent service made our stay truly memorable. Thank you! Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The facilities are excellent and can’t fault anything! The staff were great and extremely helpful and accommodating. Being Muslim and having the halal meat and chicken on the menu for room service was brilliant. Cleaning service and daily room clean was fantastic and always did a good job to keep the room fresh and tidy for us at all times
