This is an extremely well run and very well presented hotel. The location is excellent and within 5 minutes walk to the beach and easy access to all that the Patong area offers. The staff are absolutely amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. They go out of their way to ensure you have a great holiday experience. The breakfast is good. There is a generous amount of choice and all offerings are fresh and tasty. The hotel itself is relatively modern and the rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed. The highlight of our visit was the amazing service provided by “Uthaitat,” the Front Office Manager. On check-in, there was a problem with our booked room (I think over booked), so Uthairat immediately gave us an upgrade to a Junior Suite. The following day, she moved us to a full suite for the duration of our stay. Now this is a lady that understands hospitality and service and the value of a corporate reputation. Well done and thanks to Uthairat. Overall, a very well presented property and highly recommended. Roy & Julie 22nd July ‘25

We loved the hotel, the cleanliness, staff and big rooms. Location was excellent. Walking distance to Patong beach, Malin night market, massages, laundry, restaurants and shops. The place was safe and shops were open till late. We had a fantastic stay😊
