We liked everything and big thanks to the housekeeping, pool and breakfast team The hotel is clean and new and still under construction but nothing bothered the stay Limited food choices tho since the work is on but we enjoyed our time more out then inside the hotel so it's all good

Everything! The hotel is very classy, super clean . The location is perfect . Close to mainly everything in Patong. Yet calm and away from the noise. The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. All of them without exception! They always greet you with a big smile on their face and do their best to make you feel comfortable especially " Miss JEAB". She is a such a sweetheart! She welcomed us on arrival, showed us around and explained every little detail to us in the most sweetest way possible! She also made sure to help us have the best experience in travelling to Krabi from Phuket in the most comfortable and luxurious way. Staying in this hotel means you get a VIP treatment without exaggeration! I highly recommend it!

Very luxurious feel and amazing rooms with great features. Rooms feel like a mini home with microwaves and plates provided. Alongside with 5 star service from the staff, this new hotel will shine as one of Phuket’s finest.
