The staff are so friendly a polite. The hotel this the cleanest and comfiest we experience in Thailand. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic apartment with sauce to work, relax and entertain with the freedom of not being in a hotel Service was amazing, housekeeping top notch and very flexible Overall a much better experience that I had in hotels/ resorts

Even though the hotel is located in the busy Patong, the street of BYD is very calm and quiet. The apartment has everything you need, including a very comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The facilities are very complete, including gym and a very pleasant pool area in the rooftop. But above all, the staff treatment was unbeatable from minute 1. They allowed us to use the facilities all day even though we had check-out as we were flying back that same day. They even have a shower in the lobby for checked out customers. The front-desk staff was wonderful with us, and we couldn’t ask for anything else. Aoy and the rest of women (we do not remember more names) made us want to return to this place. Thank you all.
