Everything about the property was brilliant, the viewpoint, to the service from the staff. I received a free upgrade room on my 2nd night, they make any kind of breakfast you request with fresh real fruit smoothies. I injured my face and needed to go to hospital, one of the lovely young girls who works there came with me to hospital and stayed with me, when we got back she made me breakfast, very heart warming. They accommodate to everything.

Even though the property is located in Patong, I felt like I was staying in the middle of the Amazon. Being in the heart of the city while enjoying such a peaceful and tropical atmosphere was truly a unique experience for me. It’s perfectly quiet and away from the noise. The facilities are excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the level of hospitality is outstanding. During my stay, I didn’t even feel the need to go outside. Sitting on the balcony, enjoying the nature while working on my laptop was simply amazing. Also, although it’s listed as a “room,” it actually feels like having your own private home. You feel extremely comfortable throughout your stay. Next time I come to Patong, I won’t need to search for another place — I already know where I’ll stay.

They let me use a room to rest in until my reserved room was ready for me.. This was greatly appreciated as I was very tired after a long flight. My room I booked was very nice, clean, comfortable, nice fresh cotton sheets, and good air con system. There were mesh nets ion the patio doors, so you could have the glass patio doors open with the mesh doors closed, so no mosquitos or other insects, etc, could come into the room. Or you could keep the patio doors closed and put the A/C on. The bathroom was clean and shower was fine. There was a kitchen area by the entrance to the room with a large fridge, which was very useful. It had a kettle too, and crockery & cutlery for 1 or 2 people. The swimming pool area was very nice and relaxing and the pool was refreshing and not too warm. It had sun loungers around the pool on one side. It was a relaxed and calm area, with plants and nice places to sit and relax. There was a small bar near the pool, where I think you could get some refreshments, although I didn't use that. There was a Thai restaurant virtually next door, which me & my daughter went to and the food was very good and fresh, and convenient. The location was fairly quiet, and up on the hill over looking Patong. It took a while to get there by taxi, maybe 1 hr from Phuket Airport, and the traffic was very busy. Once you got up the hill, there was a lot less traffic, so was quieter, but keep in mind it is too far to walk to town of Patong. You'd need a taxi, or some form of transport. Good views over the bay of Patong.
