Great location , walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. The pool is a perfect size & very clean . Walk across the road to the beach which is very clean. Great friendly staff always willing to help .

The location was good for me, I like to walk and the outlook was good. Breakfast each morning was adequate but nothing spectacular. The pool was amazing, sparkling clean, nice temperature and maintained daily. Coffee shop next door had the best coffee I found in Patong.
