This property was honestly so well equipped there was EVERYTHING! From a first aid kit, toiletries, books, beach towels, a lovely guitar, an incredible speaker... It is a home and absoultely beautiful. I slept in the double bed (the most comfortable I slept in in Greece) and my daughter down below on the sofa bed which was equally comfortable. The kitchen had literally everything you needed to cook a proper dinner and was spotless. The bathroom and shower really lovely! The views from the roof terrace are incredible, and I also enjoyed the balcony which had a large table and chairs and you were able to feel part of a Greek community as everyone sat out at night. A very special apartment - 10 mins or so walk to restaurants, shops etc.

Short walk from main port square (10 minutes). Parking on side street near place was easy. Studio 1 is up higher than the regular hotels so there is a lovely view from the BEAUTIFUL DECK with two sunbeds and umbrella. Beautiful wood beamed ceiling and tasteful decor. Great shower and , bathroom. Good water pressure with lots of hot water. Great bed with good bedding, towels and lots of shampoo, body wash, dish detergent, washing liquid for clothes and good clothes washer. Amazingly good facilities. Ironing board, hairdryer, beach mats, clothes drying rack, clothes pins. Food prep stuff available, such as heating oven with burners if you want to cook in. Good fridge. Good furniture. Very Clean. Good air conditioning. Steep stairs to loft area where bed is but all fine and easy. A small safe for valuables. Great communication from owners. The owner's caretaker Despina picked us up at port on ferry arrival and took us to the place. Her husband Nikos was nice too. Patmos is a gorgeous island for no less than 4 days. This accommodation made it even more wonderful and such a lovely place to come back to after a day sightseeing or enjoying the many many beaches (we recommend Psilli Ammos). The view and patio and the place itself made this a very enjoyable stay. Can't say enough about how we loved this place. We travel a LOT - and this is our Top Places ever.
