Kostas's owner came to pick us up from the ferry station. We did not request this, but we certainly appreciated the thoughtfulness. We arrived late. The facility was approximately 4km out of town. I brought my motorcycle along, so it did not matter to us. The Cost vs. benefit was excellent. Everything in the town was 50 to 250 percent more expensive. Kostas had his car available for our use at no extra cost. We did take advantage of the offer for a couple of nights to go down to Skala for dinner. He had left plenty of snacks on the kitchen table for breakfast and snacking. The facility is next to a tennis and volleyball court. We were not bothered by the activity. the apartment is a spacious duplex, with a nice living room and cuisine + wc at the ground floor and two bedroom + bathroom with shower upstairs. there are two balconies looking towards the tennis and beach volley courts. very quiet at night but 10’ from Skala by scooter (I strongly recommend - even if there is a bus stop just in front of the house). Decorated in a simply but cozy Greek style…you feel you are in your family holiday house! Konstantinos is so nice and helpful whenever you need him, and he spontaneously came to pick-up us at the Ferry Boat on our arrival and back the day of departure. It was perfect for me and my two 16 and 14 years old boys playing tennis!
