The view from our room was amazing - we could walk right down to the beach. The breakfast room also had amazing views and excellent food.

The guesthouse is extremely well run and the staff are very helpful and charming. Excellent breakfasts beautifully presented with a different cooked breakfast each day but with choices in addition. The guesthouse is in a perfect location with a variety of good restaurants within easy walking distance.

We are repeat guests and always choose Dunes due to its location and easy access to the beach. The Breakfast room is beautiful and food good and we had a 4 seater right up against the viewing window best seats in he room. What I did not like is the black towels were mouldy and after showering I could smell that most of the time. Pity about that. I nice clean fresh towel smelling of woolite would have made you score 10/10
