Really comfy bed (2nd double room). Lovely patio out the front. Fabulous master bedroom with ensuite. Large kitchen/dining room. Excellent location.

Well appointed house in a great location. Very handy for Pateley High street, the Nidderdale museum & for walking the Nidderdale Way. Loved all the nice toiletries in the bathrooms. Managed to park right outside. The only thing I hadn’t realised (& I should have paid more attention to the floor plans) was that the bunkbeds are on the ground floor at the back of the house & the other bedrooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor, so our daughter didn’t feel happy sleeping in there on her own.

It was very clean and tidy lovely and felt like home from home, cosy comfortable and the whole property was excellent. The host was fabulous and answered messages straight away.

Cosy feel to the lounge, good kitchen, the cupboards are very high so I couldn’t see in them. Bedrooms were very comfortable (we only used the upstairs ones). Lovely bathrooms and all spotless.
