Excellent location, very close to Patan Durbar Square. From the terrace you can see all the mountains in Kathmandu valley.

We had a pleasant stay at Times Square. Host Suave was very helpful. Had all the facilities we needed, spacious room, hot shower , complete set of wee kitchen.

Suave is an excellent host. He was very friendly and took the time to introduce me to area and help me with some initial shopping. The appartment is convenient for self service. The location will give you a good feel of living in the 'real' Kathmandu (or actually the part of Patan). That is a great experience, although it also means that it comes with some of the noises of staying central in the city. If you want to mingle in with the locals and you want to self-cater, this is a good place to stay with a very helpful host. And the internet connection was very good - that's helpful too.
