The staff was very friendly and always keen to help. They arrange the tour to Bromo for us and our guide Tessa was super nice all the time. Plus the serve great coffee in the hotel

Nice location to visit Bromo and to arrange a trip to the vulcano, there is a restaurant with nice food, friendly staff, nice seating area

The outdoor spaces were very nice with amazing views when the fog/clouds lifted. The area is very interesting and a shott walk to the nearby village gives you a sense of how folks live around here. The staff arranged taxi pickup from the train and drop-off in Malang, as well as a very good value 4x4 tour of the caldera.
