Rooms are okay and super easy everything related to the check in, entry, etc They left some coffee capsules for us, which is always nice

We stayed at this apartment for one night as a family and were very pleased with our experience. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very comfortable. The beds were cozy, and everything we needed was available. It was clear that the hosts put effort into keeping the apartment in excellent condition.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the center of Passau. The surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. Inside, the apartment is well-equipped to meet all needs, with a modern and seemingly new interior.

Very nice apartment with all conditions possible (kitchen fully equipped, large bathroom and clean apartment. Also, a parking place included.
