No personnel at the hotel, but the instructions to get the key were easy to follow. The room was very warm, we even reduced the heating since it was too warm for us. Good value for the price.

Segafredo capsule coffee machine in room with 3 different capsules, a bottle of mineral water which were replaced every day or as wished. Cleaning comes every day. Bathroom with toilet was clean, 3 pieces of towels. Price-value ratio is appropriate.

It was really good accommodation in the center of Passau. The check in was super easy and the hotel room was nice and clean. I was fully satisfied.

The place is very well located, close to the University and the bus and train station. Ideal for short stays, clean and pleasant. There is no contact with staff, but the instructions on how to access the room are clear and they were delivered to the email one day before the reservation.

The check-in was smooth. Instructions were sent in advance and were clear. There was a garage to store our bicycles. The room was clean except for a few spiders in the corners. The location was right in the center. Definitelly a nice place worth the money.

Lovely room which was very comfortable and suited our needs. Very well located in central Passau and easy to explore from the place. The check in machine, which provided keys and allowed them to be deposited at check out was unusual. We only saw one member of staff, a cleaner, in the morning as we were leaving.

Quick and easy check-in, comfortable beds, coffee machine, supermarkets around the area, and cheap parking area, which was 5 min walk from the hotel.
