It is a truly magical place. The view on the green hills is stunning and the villa is charming. The property gives you intimacy. It is indeed next to a road but it wasn’t a problem for us as the surroundings are rather peaceful. The garden and pool were great to spend time in. The kids really enjoyed it. Breakfasts and dinners at the outdoor tables with the beautiful view were just amazing. The house is very big and it had everything we needed including a perfectly equipped kitchen. Also big thumb for the numerous towels ;) The location of the villa is very good if you want to explore Umbria and Tuscany. Also Parrano is small but charming. The communication with the hosts was great.

For those who seek harmonious surroundings and atmosphere to match, the villa is the place to be. The fourteen Sundays in a row we were lucky enough to spend there were truly a wonderful experience. 1400 plus km from where we live, we felt completely at home. A superb swimming pool, a challenging pool-table, furniture with character and obviously carefully collected over the years, a spacious garden and an excellent outdoor pizza oven all combined into a memorable trip. And of course Sylvia and Mario were, in their different roles, gracious hosts. Thank you both and until next year!
