The location was perfect for us; the event we were attending was within walking distance, as were many bars and restaurants and there were bus stops nearby to get into the city. Off road parking was a welcome bonus. The property is a great size for a mixed group, with ample bedrooms and well-blessed with bathrooms/toilets. There is a loo on the ground floor, each of the two upper floors has a bathroom and there is also one en-suite bedroom. Property was clean and well presented. Communication with and from the owner was excellent, we will definitely book again next time we visit Poole.

Very spacious property. Had everything you needed. Excellent communication with owner. We was also provided with early / late check in / out without an additional fee.
